Alia seeks to strengthen all health institutions in the state to deliver efficient health services by provision of state-of-the-art facilities, therapeutic environment and improved welfare for health care workers.

Dr. Stephen Terungwa Hwande is a Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He had additional training at the Embryology Academy for Research and Training, India and at the Centre for Reproductive Medicine, Cleveland, United States of America. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Relations from the University of Agriculture, Makurdi. He has worked with State, National and International Health Agencies including USAID, APIN-PLUS Harvard Repair and others. In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Hwande is blessed with exceptional leadership capabilities that has set him apart.

A Consultant Psychiatrist and Fellow of the West African College of Physicians. Professor Agbir's key specialty lies in Emergency and Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry. He is currently the Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee at Benue State University Teaching Hospital. He played a major role in the establishment and metamorphosis of the Psychiatry department to a Psycho-social Rehabilitation Centre.

A Consultant General/Laparoscopic Surgeon and a Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons. He is well trained, experienced and humble with an exceptional attention to details. He is responsible for overseeing the VIP Smart Clinic’s daily operations, and maintaining high standards of service. He ensures that services meet established standards and coordinates all staff to address client needs and efficient patients care. He manages VIP Smart Clinic staff, schedules, training and evaluation to ensure a well-functioning team at the Clinic.

An experienced Health Administrator, a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Administrators (IPMAN) and Associate of the Institute of Health Service Administrators of Nigeria (IHSAN). She holds an MPA from Benue State University, Makurdi. She manages the staff of the clinic, oversees all administrative functions, managing client’s appointments and ensuring compliance with hospital regulations. She is the chief liaison between clients, families and the VIP Smart Clinic, facilitating communication and addressing concerns.
